Supercomputer LUMI: EuroHPC setzt auf AMD Epyc und Radeon Instinct

Das Joint Venture EuroHPC, das eine Hochleistungsrechner-Infrastruktur in Europa, aufbauen soll, plant nach dem 200 PetaFLOPS starken Leonardo und drei weiteren Supercomputer auf Basis von Nvidia Ampere mit LUMI einen weiteren Hochleistungsrechner mit AMD Epyc und Radeon Instinct. Er soll 552 PetaFLOPS leisten.
